Or if you'd rather not, we're also going to pick up the bags you'd like to donate on Monday and Tuesday before Easter!
If you received a colored bag and HATE BEER :( be sure to leave it with the Easter goodies outside of your home and shoot us a text and we'll come to sweep it for you!
In the spirit of competition, we decided to pit teams and neighborhoods against each other to see who had the best neighbors. Stay tuned for the results!
If our Easter Bunnies find goodies set out for the needy, we'll leave a gift for you; a lovely thank you card and a chance to win a $25 gift card for the holidays

If you join us, we'll also be handing out thank you's with a separate raffle to win and potentially less competition!
Results from Last Year's Thanksgiving Drive!
This time around, we managed to, with only 10 days of preparation, motivate 2 neighborhoods and the friends/family around us to help out Feed St. Pete food bank, operated by St. Pete Community Church on 54th Ave S and 31st St!
This totaled in about 69 large bags full of food for families to enjoy, coming in at approximately 825# of food collected altogether.
We spent about $300 on marketing materials and harvesting and managed to get almost 3x the outcome on a pound-for-pound basis!
On a cash basis, we estimate that the $300 spent on marketing and gathering materials resulted in a nearly 4-5x return in value for donations; turning the marketing expense we normally would've just outright donated prior years into about $1,200-$1,500 worth of charity by motivating those around us to join!

Now- keep this in mind; we do similar marketing pushes for all of our premium listings so if you're thinking of putting your house on the market, don't settle for ok or good. Always push for service from someone BETTER!
